Terms of Service

1. Role of Arabia Pay

Arabia Pay provides software and technical services that facilitate the integration of third-party payment processing solutions into merchant websites and digital platforms. Arabia Pay does not process payments, transmit funds, store payment credentials, or act as a payment intermediary.

All payment processing services are provided by Stripe, Inc. or its affiliated entities (“Stripe”), a licensed global payment service provider. Merchants using Arabia Pay must agree separately to Stripe’s terms, policies, and compliance requirements.

2. Payment Processing and Payouts

All payments made by end customers are processed by Stripe. Arabia Pay does not collect, receive, hold, or disburse funds on behalf of merchants.

Payout timing, settlement schedules, reserves, delays, and any applicable holds are determined solely by Stripe in accordance with its risk management, compliance, and operational policies. Arabia Pay has no control over payment authorization, settlement decisions, payout timing, or dispute resolution.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • The products or services they sell

  • Customer communications, refunds, and fulfillment

  • Ensuring their business activities comply with Stripe’s Acceptable Use Policy

Arabia Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its software services if a merchant’s activities present legal, compliance, or reputational risk.

4. No Financial Services

Arabia Pay does not provide financial services, banking services, escrow services, money transmission services, or payment services. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship between Arabia Pay and any merchant with respect to funds or payments.
