Arabia Pay provides a platform that enables users to build e-commerce websites and receive payments and payouts through our integrated payment gateway, powered by Stripe. Your use of Stripe through our platform is subject to Stripe’s Terms.

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as described at the time of purchase or as otherwise communicated to you. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or servers.
• Facilitate transactions prohibited under Stripe’s Restricted Businesses policy.

Our platform integrates with Stripe to provide payment processing. Arabia Pay is not responsible for the performance of Stripe or any third-party services. Your use of Stripe is subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Arabia Pay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Arabia Pay does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arabia Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arabia Pay, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
