Arabia Pay collects limited personal and business information necessary to provide its software services, including account details, contact information, and technical usage data.

Arabia Pay does not collect or store card numbers, bank account details, or sensitive payment credentials. Payment information entered by end customers is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Payment Data Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent data controller for payment-related information. Arabia Pay does not access or store full payment data and does not control payment authorization, settlement, or payout processing.

Merchants and end users are encouraged to review Stripe’s Privacy Policy to understand how Stripe processes personal and payment data.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Arabia Pay operates internationally and may process data in multiple jurisdictions. Where applicable, personal data may be transferred across borders in accordance with applicable data protection laws and appropriate safeguards.

Arabia Pay implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data within its control. Payment security, transaction encryption, and financial data protection are handled by Stripe in accordance with industry standards.
